Thanks 50Cal! There was another couple who had a whole bunch of parts they gave to Sin City Chrome to be plated. Paid over $8000.00 in money never to be seen again. The shop had a few of their parts tossed in back of the SCC, but are still missing many and have not recovered all of them. I really feel bad for these people. The parts were for a one of a kind antique auto. These were an elderly couple who just wanted to restore a favorite auto they owned. Annie Drew screwed them both with no remorse. A pox on her!

I got my parts back today. They were not plated. They were at a shop called A-1 Plating in Henderson, NV. The guy who owns the shop is a great guy named Bob Liles, Sr. who also got shorted for a lot of money by Sin City Chrome. Nice shop, a lot bigger than SCC's and they also do powder coating. If your looking for chrome plating or powder coating, give this guy a shot at it. It's located at 7665 Commercial Way, Unit J, Henderson, NV 89011. It's in an industrial complex. Easy to get to: once on Boulder Highway, take Warm Springs Road West. Check out the names of streets and Commercial Way will be to the left about 2 miles from Boulder HYWay. Give this forum some feedback on quality and price. The jobs in progress at in his shop looked pretty good. I still plan on going after the A-holes from Sin City Chrome. They screwed a lot of good people. Now it's their turn to get screwed!

A-1's quality is allright, but not for the price! I brought my parts by to get a quote and the price they gave was double all the others... that said I'm still searching for a shop that can do the jobs they claim they can, everyone I've tried in town has either lost parts, took too long, damaged parts, charged too much, couldn't speak english or had poor craftsmanship. If I didn't know how dirty of a job it was I'd open my own da!@ shop.

I have a good plater in AZ if you want it. You just have to mail them the parts.
