I bought some Rancho 9000's from here with a lifetime warranty, an edge programmer, and a full exhuast installed fromt he turbo back on my deisel.

1st off I didnt notice any difference with my exhuast. The guy had mentioned he put the stock cat back in. My 1st thought was didnt the stock exhuast have a 3" hole and now I have a 4" exhuast. Well after blowing out my exhuast gaskets for the 2nd time I decided to check this cat out. The dealership told me the stock cats are to restrictive when you get an exhuast system and it blows your gaskets out. Well its $700 a pop when this happens. NOT HAPPY. Sure enough the cat has a 3" hole with the original exhuast still welded to it making it. They just slapped my 4" right over it and welded it on giving me a 3" hole in the middle of my 4" exhuast. Im not an exhuast guy but thats just bullsh!t if you ask me. Im guessing when Im done I will have a louder exhuast. AS is its the same loudness as stock. We post again on this later once done.

Next issue my edge programmer stopped working. It comes with a 2 or 3 year warranty. I dont remember which one but it was stil under warranty. When I took it back they asked for my receipt and of course I dont have a receipt from a year ago so they said they couldnt help me and I should just buy a new one. I called edge myself and they took care of it for free. RIGHT ON EDGE!!!

Next issue, the shocks blew out. The shocks that have a lifetime warranty. Well again I didnt keep my receipt 2 years later so I was told I cant get new ones. I said if they have a lifetime warranty WTF does a receipt matter. They said sorry and so did Rancho. f$#@ RANCHO SHOCKS!!! I will never buy again for this crap.

Both times I was denied service they said let me pull you up in the computer and we will pul up your receipt. Well both times they said, you must have paid cash and we must have put you under a cash sale so there is no way of finding you.

Take it for what it is. Im done going there. I spent $1500 there and will not be spending another penny.

Thats what we are doing. I just cant get over that the idiots put a stock cat in with my larger exhuast I paid for. Nuts
