SOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDI no longer have any water toys so it is time to give up my spot on my house boat weeks. It consists of two weeks per year on the southern hospitality. It is a 65 foot boat located at Wahweep Marina in Page Arizona. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 separated bedrooms and 2 bedrooms downstairs. It will sleep 12 people inside comfortably and has plenty of room and bed on the upper deck. It also has two large refrigerates and a deep freezer for food storage. The first week is in the last week of June. This year it falls from June 27th to July 4th. The second week falls around Xmas. It has been a blast going there. We often just stayed on the boat in the dock and had a great time. I am willing to sell this spot for $3500.00 . It usually costs about $7,000 to rent a boat this size for a week during the summer and there is about a year waiting list from what I have heard. Damnn Mike, that thing is bad asss! Is it a time share type thing?

Basicly you own a percentage of the boat so If and when it is sold you get money or you can roll it over into the next boat. I bleive ther are 24 other owners in it.
