My long term plans for Doghouse Repair involve less physical work. In order to realize this dream, I will sell off this part of Doghouse.
I have often referred to this part of Doghouse as my Dumont venture.
Until this part of Doghouse sells, I will remain an active, serious investor in being the most tenacious vendor Dumont has. According to Larry Blaine at the BLM, Doghouse is the oldest and most professional vendor they have at Dumont.
The purchase includes the rig as shown with all the existing parts inventory and operating inventory necessities inside & outside the trlr.
Buying at the beginning of the season is the right time.
A discount of sales tax (on the parts for sale), will apply to the purchaser with a valid resale license.

People pay this much for motorhomes - this rig makes money. Because this vending package is so portable, it could be used to sell out of at your 'home base'. Of course zoning, licensing & your neighbors may play a part in that. A non compete agreement would be necessary to insure this is prohibited from being purchased for use or placement, display or disbursement in Nye county Nevada.
